I just finish my fight with my bf . Its stupid i just punch my hand at wall n hit my head at wall to.. I realy dont realize im doing that.. So i doa for my self its not working so i ask my bf to read AL-FATIHAH so my heart slow beating , my mad going low.. And my head n hand are hurting and red.. And thats it..
